Delivery and Collection
We are essentially a postal business and we receive packages by post and courier although we can understand the precious nature of some of your records and videos and we are happy to take hand delivery and collection where that suits.
Getting your order to us
There are various ways of getting your tapes and records to us. The following list outlines the options along with the pro's and con's of each.
Royal Mail Post - This is cheap, but you have no comeback if something gets lost
Royal Mail Recorded - The parcel is tracked and needs a signature so is more secure
Royal Mail Special - This is the best option as it is a fully tracked service
Courier - We can arrange for a courier to collect your tapes with prices from £10.00.
Hand Delivery - You are also welcome to drop tapes into our office by appointment

Getting your order back to you
We use Royal Mail Recorded for all return orders unless you specify otherwise. If you would rather special delivery or a courier please just let us know.
Once we have received your order we keep a copy of everything for 30 days so if anything was to happen whilst sending the order back, we can issue a new set for you.
Delivery in Person
If you are interested in delivering your records by hand then our video and audio departments are at seperate addresses as shown on our contact page.
Audio and Video Conversion Services
We provide a wide range of audio and video conversion and preservation services including conversion of cassette to CD, conversion of video to DVD, Streaming Video and much more - please browse the site or contact us for more details.
