Identifying Your Tapes
You can just package your tapes up and send them in with a copy of our order form and we can identify them for you but if you would like to identify them yourself then the following tips may help.
VHS Video Tape - PAL & NTSC
The VHS cassette is a 7 ⅜" wide, 4" deep, 1" thick (187 mm × 103 mm × 25 mm)
Video8 (8mm) Camcorder Tape
The tapes may be marked as 8mm or hi8 and is 95 x 62.5 x 15 mm
Hi8 Camcorder Tape
The tapes may be marked as 8mm or hi8 and is 95 x 62.5 x 15 mm
Digital8 Camcorder Tape
The tapes may be marked as 8mm or hi8 and is 95 x 62.5 x 15 mm
MiniDV Camcorder Tape
the tape should be marked as either 60 or 90 minutes and is 65 x 48 x 12 mm
VHS-C Camcorder Tape
These tapes are played in a VHS in an adapter and are 100 L x 65 W x 25 H mm
