The fact you allocated chapters was excellent, as I now know what each one contains.
Adding a title to each DVD was very helpful.
Best of all the, quality of everything is superb, at least as good as the original, so really no quality loss.

They are so much better than I expected and you have obviously taken a great deal of trouble. The presentation and layout is so professionsal. Strange to hear voices from 40 years ago. One of them is a cousin I've never met who's coming to England next week, so it'll be quite a surprise for her too. I have other tapes I may get you to copy later this year. In the meantime, thanks again for the efficiency and quality of your service.
